Are you sure it wasn't because of the RNG activation chance? Most powers have a smaller random chance to activate every time the DNA is updated. |

Description
in power blocks you want over DAC or whatever, except getting E as the first letter won't unlock powers
I think this is because it's assigned a lower number in the thingie
I may have failed school but I don't think D comes after E in the alphabet
