Description

Omnitools can open the menu for APC's and Air Alarms if you have an omnitool (and engineering access) but cannot actually change any settings on the APC if you are not within 1 tile, and the Air Alarm menu automatically closes every tick if you are not within 1 tile.

Steps to Reproduce

Try to use an omnitool from a distance

What you Expected

To be able to change APC functions, to be able to mess with air alarms without the menu closing

What Actually Happened

APC options are greyed out, Air Alarms frequently close
