gm_luaerror2 deprecated

gm_luaerror2 was deprecated in favor of a versionless name, gm_luaerror. It also includes multiple improvements, like enabling/disabling features on the fly.

I am unable to use GMod for a few days.
If you would want to add compatibility with the latest version, you'd only have to change sv_engine.lua.
I'd gladly accept a pull request.
Otherwise, I'll probably take care of this in the weekend.
