Required state not honoured on Icon Picker field

Describe the bug

I have set an Icon Picker field to be required. However, when an entry containing this field is saved without an icon having been selected, the required aspect is not honoured and no error is presented to the CMS user.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create an Icon Picker field and assign to entry
2. Save entry with no icon selected in the Icon Picker field

We also have the Neo plugin installed and is used as a content builder.

Hello! Faced this issue again in Craft Pro 5.3.6, Icon picker version 3.0.1. Is there any solutions for this? Thank you very much in advance for an answer!

Looks like a regression on that. Fixed for the next release. To get this early, run composer require verbb/icon-picker:"dev-craft-5 as 3.0.1".
