Currently applications with KDE in "OnlyShowIn" don't get autostarted.
This is a somewhat good decision as we do not have a proper "Vera" recongized keyword for the OnlyShowIn, and thus we need to handle other GTK+-based DEs' applications otherwise we won't have anything to autostart.
This behaviour is reproduced on vera-control-center's autostart module.
What I'm suggesting here is to create a "force-list" containing applications to autostart regardless of their OnlyShowIn value.
That should be fairly simple to do but will ensure that every application can be autostarted.
