Install/build issue

There seems to be a problem when installing influxdb-relay lately. I was able to install it successfully a few weeks ago but if I try to install it now it will return the following error:

ubuntu@relay-test-1804:~$ go get -u github.com/vente-privee/influxdb-relay
package github.com/influxdata/influxdb/pkg/escape: code in directory /home/ubuntu/go/src/github.com/influxdata/influxdb/pkg/escape expects import "github.com/influxdata/influxdb/v2/pkg/escape

I've tried on fresh install of Ubuntu 20.04 and 18.04 and get the same error message on both.

There has been some discussion on a similar issue here but nothing mentioned there seems to work influxdata#79

Any thoughts?
