BMS State missing in BMS tab

We need a way to get the bms to communicate its state to the controller. That state needs to be shown in the BMS tab. Currently it's impossible to tell why a bms is refusing to charge or what it's currently doing. It only shows voltages and temperatures which is only sufficient if everything's working fine
