Tagging photographers with keywords

Assuming the app covers many photographers and thus many photographs, the app should support finding of photographers that have similar interests based on fixed (multiple-choice) keywords. Suggested by BvdB of fgWaalre.

Strategy

Provide capability to add keywords in Level 2 files (listing club members) early. So content providers can get used to the idea and start providing data early. Even if the results only show up in the app later. Initially there are not too many photographers in the app anyway, so this addresses a future problem when there are hundreds or more photographers to browse through.
