#6 copies the alias as well. Is that a good solution for this?

I think so. It definitely resolves issues in case if people are using aliases. Which is actually more important then the original idea of this PR.

When I was opening this PR I was thinking more like defining own imports and aliases in case if people would like to refer something else. But really, I can't really think of any need for this after your PR.
