Is it possible to use Artscript on windows?

Hi. Congratulations for the initiative of the project.
If there is a topic about it. Forgive me. Because I didn't find. Is there a guide teaching how to install Artscript in windows?

It probably is, but I never tried myself. Artscript runs from terminal, it assumes tcl and imagemagick are on PATH. If they are then you could make it run since there is imagemagick and tcl on windows. Note however that there is no right click integration or Drag and Drop as there is on Linux and the experimental macOS (which no longer works since apple no longer includes tcl by default).
