Useless memory usage

Most of the time list of countries just keeps in memory even if they are not used.

For example in scenario where user sign-in/up with phone number it used only in the case where it happens but most of the time countries list is just keep memory loaded with ~15Kb.

My suggestion is to populate this list in the widget and dispose when it is not used anymore.
