According to the API guide, page_offset is a parameter for searching (or filtering) object records for using with pagination
Some other common parameters you might want to use with searching (and filtering) are:
Pagination (page_size, page_offset) - Allows you to request results of different sizes and to skip through them
In the response the parameter was labelled as page, page_offset did not show amongst the parameters so am I correct in the parameter name has simply been changed?

Ah well spotted, yes it should be page, I think we had maybe thought about changing it to make it match up more with page_offset, then decided against it at some point! I'll update the docs
