This issue is mainly to define the correct command arity for all the bloom filter commands.

This can be done using the valkeymodule-rs crate's command macro as shown in this example: https://github.com/valkey-io/valkeymodule-rs/blob/main/examples/proc_macro_commands.rs#L112

The main (more important) aspect is to define the correct arity. Keyspecs are optional.
