I have confirmed that this issue does not happen when ExplorerPatcher is not installed
I do not have "register as shell extension" enabled
I have tried my best to check existing issues
Repro ExplorerPatcher versions
ExplorerPatcher version 22321.4317.67.1
Repro Windows Versions
Windows 11 Pro version 10.0.26100 Build 26100.3194
3rd party tweak software installed
None
Describe the bug
I'm having the same issue as the question at #726. Have my Taskbar style as Windows 10 (ExplorerPatcher) and a remote desktop session breaks it, not only for the remote session, but then on returning to the PC. It stays broken until a reboot.
Expected outcome
The taskbar should be the same in a remote session as in normal use.
Actual outcome
Taskbar reverts to a different style during the remote session and stays that way permanently for all subsequent sessions until reboot.
