Find the most interesting and impactful opportunities for parallelizing the Valida prover, and implement them in the code.

It seems like this is in essence done, and basically we just need to enable the parallel feature flag on p3-maybe-rayon. I'm seeing some compile errors when enabling this flag. Beyond fixing those, we need to figure out how to selectively enable parallelism with a feature flag, since we want to support single-threaded builds.
