RecTaskのパイプ名取得について #1

今の方式では、増えたパイプを探すため、何らかの原因で違うパイプが選択されてしまう可能性がある。
RecTaskはSharedMemoryでProcessIDやTaskIDがわかる。
なので、起動したRecTaskのProcessIDからTaskIDを求めるほうが良い
