How can I use the v2rayn program?
In the routing section, should I enter the Binance site only with a specific IP so that if my server IP changes, there will be no problem in the process of working with Binance?
For example, if I buy a servar that has a Finnish IP and the seller stops it for any reason or changes it to another country, the Binance site will not run.
