Feature request: Add option to Google Cast video to external devices

I would love to be able to Cast a live stream to Google TV / Chromecast devices. Bonus if I can still chat and Zap on the web app while the video is being casted. This would essentially be mimicking the functionality of Twitch. Thanks.

We have a cast button but it doesnt seem to work, you can cast by right-clicking the video though, so its 50% there :D
