[5.0.x L10n Installation and Upgrade Guide] Untranslated strings in Korean PDF. String are localised in Weblate and PO file.

Some strings are not appearing as translated in the PDF.

They are localised in Weblate and in the local PO file.
I am not sure why the localised strings do not get pulled into the localised adoc files.
