Libvirt: enable cache=none for virtio disks #1103

libvirt has caching settings for VM disks, and cache=none has a dramatic effect on I/O (2x in my tests). Currently we do not set that parameter.

Having that requires enabling the feature on terraform-provider-libvirt.
