make install does not install grappa_srun

I like to install packages somewhere other than where I build them. When I make install Grappa, the grappa_srun script that is documented in running.md as bin/grappa_srun does not appear in $GRAPPA_INSTALL_DIRECTORY/bin/grappa_srun.

That's a documentation bug. Grappa_srun is deprecated. Just use srun or mpirun directly.

Thanks. That's what I was doing, but I wasn't sure if using mpirun was causing the problems I am seeing (I sent you email about this, although I suppose I should create a Github issue instead).
