This is sort of an edge case, but currently if: 1. someone has an open PR with changes to content, 2. a separate PR gets merged to update the conda environment, then 3. the existing PRs either need to merge 'main' into the feature branch or increase the CACHE environment variable to execute notebooks in the updated environment in github actions (snowex-hackweek/website-2022#57 (comment))
