Hi,
I was testing your update with control traffic on the network, and the speedtest show me the control with downlink works , but did't with uplink.
I tested with a VM on Debian 10
I attach a picture (sorry it's in spanish)

All good-- thanks for making an issue! I think this should be addressed by a fix to haulage, which is the service that's providing the ratelimiting to CoLTE. uw-ictd/haulage#35
