<p>Various components in this repository were obtained from other
sources, all of which have compatible licenses, and all of which are
listed below. Anything not listed below is released under the CC BY-SA
license mentioned above.</p>

from that as well. These images are released into the public domain with

license description is <a
href="http://www.userfriendly.org/archivist/gallery/games.html">here</a>,
which states that it may be used for “non-commercial” purposes.</li>
<li>While the xkcd images in the daily announcements are not included in
this repository, the <a
href="slides/images/10-heaps-huffman/tree.png">xkcd heap/tree image</a>,
from <a href="http://xkcd.com/835">xkcd #835</a> is included so that
this slide set can be viewed off-line. The <a
href="http://xkcd.com/license.html">license for the xkcd material</a> is
a <a href="http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/2.5/">CC BY-NC</a>
license, which means it’s compatible to include it in this
repository.</li>
<li>The airline route image in the <a
href="slides/11-graphs.html">Graphs slide set</a> is from <a
href="http://openflights.org">Openflights</a> (it’s <a
href="http://openflights.org/demo/openflights-routedb-2048.png">this
image</a> on the bottom of <a
href="http://openflights.org/data.html">this page</a>), and their <a
href="http://openflights.org/faq">FAQ</a> states that their license
allows for non-commercial use.</li>
