The NFS server is a single point of failure that can really doom this enterprise. Let's make sure it's properly backed up and we have visibility into it.

The data disk was only 200G. I've now expanded it to 1T.

200G is probably too small for the classes we
are planning on.

The NFS server is our biggest single point of failure,
and we should keep a good eye on it.
