Si on relance la VM, update_glstyle.sh ne lance pas le docker de tileserver-gl

Actuellement, le status du docker n'est testé que si le style est modifié sur le git, pour éviter de relancer le docker en boucle si le style contient une erreur.
On peut probablement effectuer ce test à chaque exécution du script.
