9/5 收到邮件询问我们是否开放镜像站访问日志：

您好，请问ustc镜像站有像tuna镜像站一样开放访问日志吗？

TUNA 的 nginx 日志是在脱敏后公开的（https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/news/release-logs/）。

希望了解到以下的意见反馈：

是否向大众开放镜像站访问日志？
自动配置脱敏供下载，还是在收到数据请求后手动生成？
保留 IPv4 /24 IPv6 /48 前缀是否合适（没有计划采取复杂的映射算法，对相同前缀的 IP 直接映射到相同的值就足够了；但是是否保留更少的前缀）？是否需要对 UA 数据处理以避免隐私问题？
