Collections: Add validation message when exceeding maximum amount of characters in "Description" field

Reproduction of the issue

1. Prerequisite: Logged in user
2. Click on "Collections" in the left hand side navigation bar
3. Click in the button "Add collection"
4. Start writing in the field called "Description"

Expected behaviour
There is a validation-message when the text in the Description-field exceeds the maximum amount of characters:

Actual behaviour
There is no message and nothing happens when I click "Save"
