error problem

Dear developers
I would really appreciate it if you could help me with an error I get while using Topoindex. I have a problem that the corrections converged rapidly during the first several iterations and then gets stuck at a constant number. despite I did all the steps that have been mentioned to check, I repeatedly have the same problem. should I change both flow direction and DEM in the same floating format with the same accuracy?

Thanks for your inquiry. This problem usually results from using a DEM that has not been hydrologically adjusted using a GIS function to fill small pits that interfere with routing flow downslope. I will correspond further by replying to the email you sent to our office.
