Add processing agency to setup process

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is currently no way to know the agency of the person/software that processed the data.

Describe the solution you'd like
The setup process, in addition to prompting for name/email should also ask for agency (USGS, etc.) The resulting config should have a key called "agency", and a string value with the name of the agency, i.e., "USGS".
