Adding the CPT phage tools to usegalaxy.eu #509

Thanks for all your help with the subdomain setup! Now that we have created the subdomain phage.usegalaxy.eu, we would like to start populating it with tools so we can eventually reconstruct the workflows. We have about 70 tools in the toolshed, hosted at our repo https://github.com/TAMU-CPT/CPT-ToolshedSource. About 20 of these will be needed to reconstruct the two main structural and functional annotation workflows and would be a logical place to start. What would be the best way to go about this? I understand you would like to audit them to make sure they won't make the server catch fire, would it make sense to import 2 or 3 tools to start to make sure they will run in the usegalaxy.eu environment? I can provide lists of specific tools in a bit.

Made a PR for 11 CPT tools.
