Handle privileged information problems

Handle privileged information datasets uu4, uu5, uu6 and uu7 datasets. In privileged information datasets, some columns are only available during training time.

• Add templates to use LUPI_SVM primitive for privileged problems
• Add steps to existing templates to remove privileged columns to convert them to regular problems.
