The template always fails to generate any predictions.

For example, on dsbox01 see csv files here: /nas/home/kyao/dsbox/run-2019/docker_2019_02_17b/534_cps_85_wages/predictions. And, pipeline json files here: /nas/home/kyao/dsbox/run-2019/docker_2019_02_17b/534_cps_85_wages/predictions.

All the empty csv prediction files are from regression_with_feature_selection.
