  • general cleanup
    • Can we alter inputs less by updating the assumptions files?
  • revisit resilience
  • combine reopt-api with reopt-ghp-api code
  • Change names from reopt-lite to reopt
  • Investigate optimizations since they changed to open-source solver
  • Improve tests and assertions. Are we exercising the reopt api & our code sufficiently? Are we evaluating output files for the correct data?
  • handle new required 'year' argument when loads_kw is used, and document default 2017 year appropriately.
