Add possibility to create context shading from other buildings of the feature file for a building modeled with an imported osm

When a building modeled with an imported detailed osm file is simulated, the context shading from other buildings within the feature file is not created. It could be practical to be able to create context shading from the feature file if a detailed osm does not have it already.
One possible workaround is to modify the urban_geometry_creation_zoning measure so the create_other_buildings method is run when a detailed osm is found. 
Note : the buildings in the osm files provided with the example project have shading objects on themselves. Is it normal ?
