4G DES chiller plant pumps have no power curve in template

When using the GMT to generate a 4G DES modelica model, the pumps in the chiller plant are generated without power curves. (Other pumps may be missing them too, but I have confirmed that the CW and CHW pumps are missing the power curve). This results in pumps that have proper flow rates and pressure drop, but no power consumption. In the image below, the text highlighted in red had to be added manually to get the pumps to have power, it was not automatically generated by the GMT.
