add unit tests for subagents (in multiagent branch)

We need to add unit tests for our subagents & related tools

• unit tests for action agent #36
• unit tests for code critic #35
• unit tests for task critic
• unit tests for skill agent #37
• unit tests for refining-task curriculum agent
• unit tests for subagent-based tools (i.e. Iterator)

Communicate below whenever one of us start working on one of these tasks

ill work on this, ill start with the code reviewer, and go from there one at a time. opened an issue for that one at #35

added in PR #60. The curriculum agent isn't part of iterator code anymore, and task critic is now combined with code critic, so the remaining items in checklist is now irrelevant. all unit tests related to subagents are completed.
