"Who are we?" social media section needs to be updated

Summary

The "Who are we?" section is a vital part of the website and has a couple of objectives - providing a summary of our goals and connecting members to our notification streams. However, the latter aim isn't fully achieved because many of the links and buttons are redirected towards inactive or old social media or links. As a result, it creates a perception that the club isn't active - which hinders participation.

• The discord button symbol is unclear
• The Facebook button links to a social media that hasn't been updated since 2020
• The Twitter button links to a social media that hasn't been updated since 2013
