roadmap / wishlist for next minor release `1.10` 💎

this issue is to document intended and supplied changes for jekyll polyglot.

(possible) breaking changes

strictly require ruby 3.1 , to address ongoing security dependency updates
tests and changes to custom permalinks on pages with different languages, routing to sublanguage sites Custom permalinks per post with different languages and jekyll-redirect-from #224

documentation

add code coverage measure
change default branch name to main
