[Material][TextBox][PasswordBox] Add support for Label and Placeholder at the same time #974 added support for
LabelandPlaceholderTextat the same time forTextBox. We should do the same forPasswordBox. Right now we are using thePlaceholderTextas the "Label" portion of the Material style.Update the Figma File design accordingly for PasswordBox.
Updathe the https://platform.uno/docs/articles/external/uno.themes/doc/material-migration.html docs to mention the breaking change for PasswordBox
