They use neon serverless under the hood. Maybe we can have something similar to Nitro preset, where we can extend a driver ?

Yes, extending would be nice idea if there is too much logic to be shared. Provider specific driver can be useful to handle auto config based on known env vars. neon connector can be added first 👍🏼
