Include "Position" column and info in Sponsors of Related Measures section

Include a “Position” column in the Sponsors of Related Measures section.
Only include if the sponsor is

• Chair
• Ranking Member
• Party Leadership (Can omit party leadership if that is too complex).
• Member of Congress (If they are not a Chair or Ranking Member )

I have been thinking about how to implement this. You could create a column entitled Chair/RM -- and simply indicate Yes or No depending on whether they are a chair or ranking member of a related committee.

1. If party is D and rank 1, they are chair
2. If party is R and rank 1, they are Ranking member
3. else member

This is closed, but raising a possible additional issue that this could resolve. Should we identify as Chair/RM instead of saying either "Chair" or "Ranking Member?" The current solution is more elegant, but when you sort the column you cannot sort by the binary of chair/rm versus member. Combining Chair/RM into one column means (1) you don't need to worry about which party is in control of the chamber, and (2) allows the sort to have a better functionality.
