Change docs link to fix broken link

Somehow, the generated docs feature a broken link:

The Unikraft multi-component plugin can be used with HashiCorp [Packer](https://www.packer.io/) to create custom images. For the full list of available features for this plugin see [docs](https://developer.hashicorp.com/[productSlug]/integrations/[organizationSlug]/docs).

You can see the [productSlug] and [organizationSlug] which are not in the README of this repository.

From an initial scan, I think it is because of copy-paste from the root README.md:

The `Unikraft` multi-component plugin can be used with HashiCorp [Packer](https://www.packer.io)
to create custom images. For the full list of available features for this plugin see [docs](docs).

Will need to try to see which is the correct format.
