As an ADMIN I would sometimes like to collect demographic data within a quiz. Demographic data is not correct/incorrect, and I would like those questions to not be shown on the results page or included in the quiz scoring.
There could be a check box option on each question, "Do not show this question on the results page, or include in quiz scoring"

I'm assuming you mean the text at the results page, which we've used for quizzes to provide the correct answer. Yes let's please keep that option for the survey-type questions as well.
@cbunicef sorry for misunderstanding, I was talking about the help text on quiz page (not quiz landing). So the user will be able to see which questions will not be included in results.
Ah I see, thanks @Alihassanc5. I think for now it's not necessary. If an Admin wants to specify that it won't be included they can provide their own help text manually.
