Allow customized Titles in featured items on Homepage #1110

Titles are often customized for the Section where they sit eg "Introduction". In other functions, eg Page Link Page or Page Link, we allow for customizing Titles to deal with this. This should be implemented for Homepage featured items as well.

Picks default title for page if it is empty.
