In Flat Menu settings
In "Menu Details" section
Below "Heading"
Add a link to the Theme Settings labeled "Click here to edit the background color for all Flat Menus in Theme Settings."

In Theme Settings rename MOBILE NAVBAR BACKGROUND COLOR to "FLAT MENUS / MOBILE NAVBAR BACKGROUND COLOR"
