New window shortcuts not working

Os: Ubuntu Linux 24.10
Ungoogled-chromium version: 131.0.6778.108 (Official Build, ungoogled-chromium) (64 bits)

Monitors:

• 0: +*HDMI-1 1920/600x1080/340+1920+0 HDMI-1
• 1: +eDP-1 1920/340x1080/190+0+0 eDP-1

When clicking on the "New Window" shortcut from favorites, it starts a new process, but it hangs consuming 100% CPU and doesn't actually open the new window, same with "New Incognito Window".
