There are a number of build dependencies in unportable that are no longer necessary because we are based on Portable Linux. Near the end of the packaging process, the build tooling is able to identify a number of unnecessary dependencies; this can be used as a reference. (But we need to be cautious about conditionally-loaded dependencies like VA-API)

This will help to alleviate issues like #187.
