Tab does not transition to new token for new token suggestion feature

When selecting a token suggestion using tab, lex does not stay active after creating the suggested token.

Enter and tab current behave the same when the new token suggestion feature UI is active, once the user selects "More options..." and continues to the legacy token creation states, the tab key will keep lex active (creates a new token) after accepting a value.
