Implement modern OAuth for twitter

I start use your comments engine, but as wrote in docs, the twitter is required a elevation access to API version of 1.1.
It's required a useless messaging with twitter support, they wast my time and write me a stupid questions.

Could you support any other version of twitter API to OAuth? It's fine for me right now, but it's break my experience when i want to fast deploy comments for my site. It's not your bad, i know, but maybe you can fix it for the future
